Hi there
Unfortunately, you won't be able to get finance of any kind without a clean credit record (ie if you're blacklisted), much less without a deposit. The financial institution needs to minimize their risk, and unfortunately, these are two essential components which proves to them that your loan won't be an unacceptable risk to them.
