Hello there
Whoever told you that the direction in which you park will have an influence on the fuel consumption was pulling a prank on you. There is absolutely no way for the incline against which you park will affect your consumption - quite simply, the car just doesn't care. So feel free to park in whichever direction you wish, nothing will change on the car.
