Hi there!
These are both very good cars, and your choice should depend mainly on your needs: for more cabin- and luggage space, the Peugeot should be your choice, and for style and (available) power, the Juke would be your answer. The Juke is limited in terms of the available space, but it does offer some pretty potent engines; while the 2008 has plenty of space, but its engine choices don't really allow for higher-performance variants. The Juke has one potential ace up its sleeve: a wider dealership network, so if you're far away from any of the major metropoles, the Nissan would make more sense.
These are the main differentiating factors between them, and now you can decide what you need from the car and buy accordingly. You won't really make a mistake with either of them, however.
