There are some dealers which specialize in sales to blacklisted clients. However, you need to be aware that they usually charge staggering interest rates and add extreme finance charges to their deals, for the simple reason that a blacklisted client is considered a high risk. As to what you could get for R2500 - 3000, that money should get you into a small Toyota or Vivo, but with a very long repayment period (typically 60 months and up), as most of the payments will go towards settling interest- and finance charges first.
