Depends on what you consider high mileage. But a choice between these two would come down to personal preference.
Either option will be able to still service you well if it was properly maintained and regularly serviced at the dealership. Do a thorough inspection of the service book and check for telltale signs that services were done on the cheap, infrequently or erratically. A sudden hike in services may indicate that the vehicle accumulated most of its mileage in a short space of time, which can be of a concern.
