What is the private vehicle seller verification process?

Hello

We do have a scrutiny process whereby all private sellers are called and their information verified before any advert goes live on our site. However as we know, criminals can be smart and do sometimes slip through the cracks. As soon as we are aware of this, we remove the adverts and report them.

We also have a safety and security page on our site which we advise customers to check as well as latest scams alerts.

Please do read through these tips to keep yourself safe and if you find an advert you think is suspicious, we have a "report this ad" function on the full page advert which you can use. We will then investigate further.
