We don’t believe there are any credible institutes which would rent/buy or lease without a deposit, if you go to the banks, they may waiver the deposit if you have a car allowance but this is not across the board and not guaranteed.

All leasing companies require a deposit and while some car rental businesses do lease or rent to buy, they too will require a deposit. The deposit will vary depending on what kind of vehicle is being rented/leased.

The best way to go about renting or buying a car is to save up the deposit and buy from a reputable dealer or private seller. It will take you longer but be the safest option when purchasing your new vehicle.
