Regularly check the oil level of your engine, at least once a week. If the oil level is low, top up the oil with the manufacturer-specified oil weight (found either in the owner's manual, on a sticker in the engine bay, or inside one of the door jams). Do not overfill! Too much oil is just as bad as low oil. Oil is usually topped up via a capped opening on the engine itself, labeled OIL - if it reads 710, you're looking at it upside down!
